Several things of the room were broken- TV-set, hot-water- tap. We got an " interior room" instead the promised one to the street, the parking fee was different to what we were informed on the internet.

We enjoyed the location, which was good. It is so close to the airport. We totally recommend it with confidence. Handy base for trip in Puebla;)))

Although advertised as free, WIFI required upfront payment; walls are paperthin; loud music played in "bar"; "spa" and pool were closed.

Spent the New Year's Eve in this hotel and had a blast! The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main square and all the exciting festivities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for places to go and ensuring we had everything we needed. We also loved the convenience of having a bar and restaurant within the hotel, making it easy to wind down after a long night of celebrating. One of the best parts was definitely the stunning view from our room, overlooking the city lights and fireworks.

Although the hotel's amenities were great, there were a few minor flaws that detracted from our overall experience. The room decor was a bit outdated and could use some renovation.
